An effective art session begins with a wide range of materials, both traditional and non-traditional. As both an art teacher and an art therapist, I find that having a diverse set of tools and materials is essential. This is especially beneficial for children, as a variety of sensory experiences can spark their interest, encourage engagement, and help them develop sustained concentration throughout the creative process.

一堂有效的藝術課程始於豐富多樣的材料選擇，包括傳統與非傳統媒材。身為藝術教師兼藝術治療師，我深信準備多元化的工具與材料至關重要。這對兒童尤其有益，因為豐富的感官體驗能激發他們的興趣，提升參與度，並幫助他們在創作過程中培養持續專注的能力。

In addition to painting on canvas with traditional brushes, children are encouraged to experiment with non-traditional tools to scratch into the paint, creating rich textures and subtle surface variations.

除了使用傳統畫筆在畫布上作畫之外，我們也鼓勵孩子嘗試運用非傳統工具在顏料表面進行刮刻與探索，創造豐富的肌理效果與細膩的表面變化。

Children are encouraged to stamp, shape, compress, spray, draw, paint, and explore a variety of other techniques. Throughout the creative process, they are free to experiment with different materials and methods, allowing them to discover new ways of making marks, expressing ideas, and engaging their senses.

我鼓勵孩子透過蓋印、塑形、擠壓、噴灑、繪畫與塗抹等多種方式進行創作，並探索各種不同的藝術技巧。在創作過程中，孩子可以自由嘗試不同的材料與方法，從中發現新的痕跡表現方式、表達自己的想法，並豐富感官體驗。

Stickers given to children can also become character prompts that allow children to start role play within a narrative context.

An art session not only helps children develop a fundamental visual language, but also serves as a series of creative experiments that encourage problem-solving, exploration, and free association. Through playful engagement with diverse materials, children learn to make connections, test ideas, and discover new possibilities in the creative process.

提供給孩子的貼紙也能成為角色創作的提示，引導他們在故事情境中展開角色扮演與想像遊戲。

藝術課程不僅幫助孩子建立基礎的視覺語言能力，更是一連串創意實驗的過程，鼓勵他們探索、解決問題，並進行自由聯想。透過與多元媒材的遊戲式互動，孩子學習建立連結、驗證想法，並在創作過程中發現更多新的可能性。
